It took humanity barely 10 years, from 2006 to 2016, to ruin the free Internet. Big tech is now censoring like there was no tomorrow. Especially the war against Free Speech in social networks is abysmal and sickening.
So, if everything we see on Google, the monopoly on Internet search, is already sanitized and manipulated, how to see, if only for a second, the real world underneath it?
Well, just go to DuckDuckGo, the Internet Search Engine small alternative. Type in any politician and you will be amazed what people are searching for. Then go to Google, the Search monopoly, and type in the same politician’s name and see what Google shows you. The difference is unreal. An out-of-this-world experience.
You type in “Joe Biden is” and DuckDuckGo completes your sentence with “an idiot” and “a dummy,” “a joke,” “a moron,” and “a liar.” You go to Google and your sentence will be autocorrected: “is running for president.”
