THANK YOU! Today we are celebrating 250,000 unique visitors to this site! Thanks to our readers, we are still here, willing to expand-despite Google’s de-listings and de-ranking, let alone three take-down attempts by anonymous hackers. By the way, the book, which was re-published by China’s Foreign Language Press in 2013, is out of print. There won’t be a second print-run any year soon, my publisher tells me, because it’s too provocative (for instance, on migration). But you can still read it chapter by chapter here. Isn’t that nice!
